<li><span style="color: #b45f06; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">Heat oil in a separate add the Tadka / population Articles tank once musturds start to splutter add chopped tomatoes, green peppers and cover with a lid. After 5 to 6 meters when the tomato is cooked add the cooked dal, fenugreek leaves, salt and a pinch of Haldi / pasupu / turmeric powder. After 2 mts add the tamarind pulp. Cook for 5-6 mts on medium heat. Once the dal is cooked with all the spices, turn off the heat. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.</span></li>

<li><span style="color: #783f04; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a coffee container, add the garlic and cinnamon stick and fry for a few seconds.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #783f04; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">Add the chopped onions and saute until the rawness disappears and it becomes golden brown. About 4-5 meters. Keep aside to cool.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #783f04; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">Once cooled, make a coarse pulp thereof. Remove the dough in a bowl, then add salt to taste, red chilli powder, palm sugar (or sugar), coriander powder and ghee. Mix well and stuff the eggplants with this paste.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #783f04; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">Add the remaining oil in a bowl, add the curry leaves and stir for a few seconds. Add methi seeds and let them brown.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #783f04; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">Place the stuffed eggplant with oil and cook on medium high heat for 2 minutes. Now close the lid and cook over low to medium heat for about 12-14 minutes. Keeping control between the two and saute to ensure they do not burn or stick to the pan.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #783f04; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">Add the tamarind extract with a cup of clean water. Bring to a boil and reduce the flame and cover the place and cook over low heat for about 13-15 minutes. The moisture must evaporate during cooking.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #783f04; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">Remove the lid and cook on low heat and let the roasted eggplant well and it seems like a dry jumps. It should take about 8-10 minutes to be well roasted eggplant. Turn off the heat.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #783f04; font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">Serve with plain rice with hot steam, <b>Pappu</b> <b>sankati</b> or<b> ragi.</b></span></li>

An Indian colleague of mine described as healthy soup in the comfort of a bowl. I could not agree more, I mean, after a long day what better way to relax than to have this single layer dal with a bowl of rice?</span><br />

<span style="color: #b45f06; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;">3 ripe tomatoes (medium) [chopped]</span><br />

<span style="color: #b45f06; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;">Pressure cook the moong daal + Toor daal in enough water with 1 tsp <b>jeera</b> / cumin seeds, ¼ cup chopped tomatoes, a pinch of turmeric and 2-3 broken red pepper halves.</span><br />

<span style="color: #b45f06; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;">Now take a deep container and heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add mustard <b>seeds coffee</b>. After failures, add <b>jeera seeds</b> and curry leaves, broken red chillies and reduce the heat a little.</span><br />
<span style="color: #b45f06; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;">Add the diced tomatoes, salt and cook for a while until the water is absorbed tomato.</span><br />
<span style="color: #b45f06; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;">Add chili powder and if the flow required in some oil. Add the tamarind paste and cook again.</span><br />
<span style="color: #b45f06; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;">Then add the mashed boiled daal and mix well. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes.</span><br />
<span style="color: #b45f06; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;">Finally garnish with coriander leaves.</span><br />
<span style="color: #b45f06; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;">It tastes good when it is a bit tart, so go on little more tamarind or tomatoes. Serve with rice.</span><br />
