How to prepare shahi tukda|Bread kheer
Hi, How are u?Hope you are doing good.Today I felt very sad about the bushfire accident happened in australia.I heard that some millions of species were burried under that bushfire.I wish this should not happened again and again.
Well, comming to the recipe,today I would like to show shahi tukda | bread kheer.

- Ghee -100grms
- Cashew -50gms
- Pista -50gms
- Almond -50gms
- Milk -500ml
- Turmeric -1/2 tbsp
- Elaichi powder -1tbsp
- Sugar -1cup
- Water -1cup
- Bread -6
Preparation
Method:
Step1:
In a
pre heated pan add ghee, chopped cashew,pista,almond fry it until to get some
colour after take it in a bowl.
Step2:
Next put a bowl on stove in a medium
flame add milk,turmeric,elaichi powder stir it continuously after the milk get
thick then off the stove.
Step3:
Again in preheated pan add sugar,cup
of water stir it well to get thick content.
Step4:
Take a bread cut the edges of the bread
and divided into slices(triangle shape).the bread slices dip into the sugar
syrup in the top add milk content and add dry fruits.
