curd, and backing soda in a bowl.</span></li>

looks like bread crump. Then add sufficient water to it slowly in order to get
soft balls from it.</span></li>

<span style="color: #b45f06; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;"> Cook the rice along with the moong daal by adding both water and milk. This should be mushy and liquidy.</span></div>

<span style="color: #b45f06; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;">In a heavy bottom pan, melt the jaggery along with little water (1/4 cup).</span></div>

<span style="color: #b45f06; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;">Then add the cooked rice daal mixture and stir well.</span></div>

<span style="color: #b45f06; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif; font-size: large;">Then add the dry coconut mixture and continue to stir until the water evaporates and the jaggery thickens up. If this is too dry, add little more milk to this.</span></div>

Stir often to ensure the milk does not burn in the bottom of the pan. Set aside.</span><br />

<span style="color: #b45f06; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">4.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Add the shredded carrots and stir-fry for about seven to eight minutes.</span><br />
<span style="color: #b45f06; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">5.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Carrots should be tender and slightly changed in color.</span><br />
<span style="color: #b45f06; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">6.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Add the milk and cook until the milk dries. This will take about eight to ten minutes.</span><br />
<span style="color: #b45f06; font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">7.<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Next add the sugar, and cardamom powder and stir-fry for another three to four minutes until the halwa starts to leave the side of frying pan.</span><br />
