Cauliflower Fried Rice Recipe

Well, today I would like to post a blog on Cauliflower fried rice . This is one of the diet recipe.
In Cauliflower is vitamin rich. You can get below list of vitamins from it
- Pantothenic Acid
- Vitamin B6
- Folate
- Vitamin K
- Vitamin C
- Chopped cauliflower -2cups
- carrot -4
- Boiled Green peas -1/2 cup
- Chopped cabbage -1cup
- Curry leaves
- ginger garlic paste -1tbsp
- salt -as per required
- green chilli -2
- Soya sauce -1tbsp
- Tomato sauce -1tbsp
- Pepper -1/2 tbsp
- Tasting salt -1 pinch
- Oil -2tbsp
Preparation Method:
Step1:
In a pre-heated pan, add oil on it,once oil is heated add ginger garlic paste,a pinch of tasting salt,add soya sauce and tomato sauce and mix it well.
Step2:
Next, add chopped cauliflower,carrot, boiled green peas and cabbage and saut it well for 20min on low flame.
Step3:
Finally add salt(as per required) and pepper.
