Well, today I would like to post a blog on how to prepare chicken rolls.
Every
non vegetarian dream is to taste all the recipes of chicken. By considering the
chicken lovers, I would like to show this. Let's have a look at this.
Ingredients:
- Bonless chicken -1/2kg
- Salt -1/2tbsp
- Chilli powder -1tbsp
- Turmeric -1/2tbsp
- Coriander powder -1tbsp
- Chopped coriander
- Food colour –pinch
- Corn flour -2tbsp
- Onions -2
- Tomatoes -3
- Green chillies -2
- Grated carrot -1
- oil
Preparation:
Step 1:
First, grind the chicken as paste.
Next, take a pan and add some oil in it for the deep fry (take sufficient oil as chicken rolls can deep fry in it.
Add bit salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder,
coriander powder, corn flour, food color in it and mix it well. Then, make it
as rolls.
Step 2:
Fry the chick rolls until they get the brown
colour.
Step 3:
Next, on another pan, add 4tbsp oil. Once the
oil heated, add chopped onions, tomatoes, carrot, green chillies.
Fry it for 2-3 min then add salt as per
required. Then, add some red chilli powder, coriander in that.
Finally, add chicken rolls and serve it.
Enjoy...Tasty chick roll.
