How to make chepala pulusu / Fish curry recipe
ingredients for Chepala pulusu
- 250 g tamarind pulp or juice
- 1 kg of wolf or sea bream or any business or Lotte Fish
- 50 g oil
- 2 tablespoons ginger / garlic paste
- 2 large onions
- 2 small tomatoes
- 6 Green Chilies
- 1/4 TBSP turmeric
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- coriander Leaves

Method of making chepala pulusu / Fish curry
- Wash and cut the fish into 2-inch pieces
- Wash and chop the onions and make paste
- Wash and cut the tomatoes into four pieces
- Wash and slice green chillies
- Marinate the fish with the paste of onion, peppers, tomatoes, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1/4 tablespoons of turmeric and salt to taste for 10 minutes
Andhra chepala pulusu Cooking process
- Heat oil in a wide shallow pan
- Add the marinated fish and cook for 2-3 minutes with out stirring
- Add the tamarind paste or tamarind juice and cook slowly for 20 minutes with out breaking pieces of fish.
- Sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve with white rice
