Erra Karam Dosa Recipe Ingredients
Use the following ingredients to prepare or make Erra Karam Dosa recipe at home.
Dosa pindi – 2 cups
Onions – 2
Red chilli powder – 2 spoons
Salt to taste
Oil – 1 spoon
Erra Karam Dosa Recipe Making Procedure
- Clean and cut the onions into small pieces.
- Now prepare a fine paste with Red chilli powder, onion pieces and salt.
- We call this paste as erra karam or ulli karam.
- Heat a non stick pan and make dosa with the dosa pindi.
- When this is ready to remove apply erra karam on the dosa fold it and remove.
- Serve this erra karam dosa with coconut chutney or curry or directly.
