Ingredients used in Chick sweet corn soup recipe:
• Chicken Leg or Breast 1 Numbers.
• Light Soy Sauce 1 Teaspoons.
• Dash of Pepper To Taste.
• Dash of Sesame Oil To Taste.
• Chicken Stock 300 ml.
• Cream Style Corn 400 Grams.
• Light Soy Sauce 1 Tablespoons.
• Egg, beaten 1 Numbers.
• Cornflour mixed with 2 Tbsp Water 2 Teaspoons.
• Light Soy Sauce 1 Teaspoons.
• Dash of Pepper To Taste.
• Dash of Sesame Oil To Taste.
• Chicken Stock 300 ml.
• Cream Style Corn 400 Grams.
• Light Soy Sauce 1 Tablespoons.
• Egg, beaten 1 Numbers.
• Cornflour mixed with 2 Tbsp Water 2 Teaspoons.
How to make the recipe:
Remove the skin and fat from the chicken pieces.
Cut it into thin strips.
Soak the chopped chicken with the seasoning ingredients.
Heat up chicken and creamed corn in a pot.
Add 1 table spoon of soy sauce.
Let it be until its get heat.
Add in beaten egg and stir it until egg cooks in strands.
Add corn flour mixture into it for thickening.
Put the soup into individual bowls.
Heat up non-stick frying pan. Stir-fry chicken strips until cooked.
Shower few strips of chicken over the surface of each bowl
of soup and serve it...
